Spring has sprung and many of us are ready to get rid of a few things we have been storing over the winter. Now is the time to prepare for this year’s spring clean up. On Monday, May 6th, 2024 the City of Morton will be hosting the Residential Citywide Clean-Up Day. As a reminder, this means all items must be placed on the curb prior to 8:00 AM on Monday morning to be guaranteed pick up.
Who Can Participate in the Cleanup?
Residents who have service with the City of Morton. No waste from non-residential customers, contractors, businesses, or those residing outside the City limits will be accepted.
Residents are not allowed to load material into the collection vehicles and must maintain a minimum distance of 10-feet from collection vehicles and activity. This rule is in place to protect residents so please make it easy for us and comply.
